Neutral silicone sealants release non-corrosive byproducts (alcohol or oxime) during crosslinking, making them ideal for metals, concrete, coated glass, and masonry applications.
Polyurethane sealants offer excellent mechanical properties and high tear resistance, but are prone to bubble formation when applied in high-humidity zones.
