Wholesale High Performance Silicone Weather Resistant Sealant Factory, Factories

High Performance Silicone Weather Resistant Sealant offers fast, neutral curing that protects surfaces and is non-corrosive to metals and glass. It accommodates typical curtain wall movements while maintaining performance. The sealant provides exceptional durability against weathering, UV rays, ozone, water, and extreme temperatures from -50°C to 150°C without cracking or softening. It ensures long-lasting elasticity and strong adhesion to most building materials for reliable, durable sealing solutions.

Product Description

Product Features

1

Fast curing, which can greatly reduce the adverse effects of bad weather on the surface of the sealant during curing (such as surface deformation).

2

Neutral curing, non-corrosive to metal, coated glass and other building materials.

3

For the normal expansion and shear deformation of the curtain wall, this product can keep the performance unchanged.

4

Excellent weathering resistance, heat and cold resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance and water resistance.

5

Excellent high and low temperature resistance. After curing, it will not be brittle, hardened or cracked at -50°C, and will not soften or degrade at 150°C, and maintain good elasticity.

6

Excellent adhesion to most building materials.

The Main Purpose

01

The high-rise and super high-rise curtain walls are weather-resistant and sealed.

02

Large size metal (aluminum plate) and glass curtain wall weather-resistant sealing.

03

Roof construction seams are sealed.

04

It is suitable for occasions with particularly high requirements on sealing safety and other various purposes.

Instructions For Use

01

This product is not suitable for structural glazing or load-bearing applications.

02

Prior to application on porous substrates (such as stone or concrete), copper, polycarbonate, or similar materials, compatibility and adhesion tests must first be conducted with the contact surfaces. Construction may proceed only after satisfactory results are confirmed.

03

Avoid use in airtight or unventilated environments, as the sealant requires moisture from the air to cure properly.

04

Do not apply on frosted, condensation-prone, or damp surfaces.

05

This product is unsuitable for areas subjected to continuous immersion, standing water, or permanently high humidity.

06

Avoid direct contact with rubber-based materials (e.g., rubber gaskets or pads), as discoloration or yellowing may occur over time.

07

Exposure to acidic or alkaline substances, such as exterior wall cleaning agents, should be avoided to prevent potential discoloration of the sealant.

08

Not recommended for use on surfaces that exude oils, plasticizers, or solvents, including oil-treated wood or similar materials.

09

Keep away from open flames and ignition sources. Store out of reach of children.

10

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated location at temperatures below 27°C. Shelf life is 12 months from production. Beyond this period, the product may be used only after passing a quality inspection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Can this sealant be used for structural glazing or structural load-bearing applications?
A1: No. This product is not suitable for structural glazing or load-bearing applications. It is designed primarily for weather-resistant sealing.
Q2: How does the fast curing feature benefit application?
A2: Fast curing significantly reduces the adverse effects of bad weather (such as surface deformation or distortion) on the surface of the sealant during its curing stage.
Q3: Does the sealant corrode common building materials like metal or glass?
A3: No. It uses a neutral curing system, which is completely non-corrosive to metals, coated glass, and other typical building substrates.
Q4: What are the storage requirements and shelf life?
A4: The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated location at temperatures below 27°C. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date. Beyond this period, it must pass a quality inspection before use.
Q5: Can this product be applied in unventilated areas or under wet conditions?
A5: No. The sealant requires moisture from the air to cure properly, so airtight or unventilated environments must be avoided. Additionally, do not apply on frosted, condensation-prone, damp, or continuously immersed surfaces.
Q6: What temperatures can this sealant withstand after curing?
A6: Once fully cured, it maintains excellent high and low temperature resistance. It will not become brittle, harden, or crack at temperatures as low as -50°C, and will not soften or degrade at temperatures up to 150°C, maintaining good elasticity.
